- Develop a commercial profile of the client and carry out commercial actions adjusted to it, using their data derived from the management of the services provided.
- In the event that you send us your CV or apply for the different job offers we may publish, we will process your data to evaluate and manage your job application and, if applicable, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of personnel, in order to offer you positions that match your profile. Unless otherwise indicated, the provision of the required data is necessary, so failure to provide it will prevent the continuation of the selection process.
- Comply with legally established obligations, as well as verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.

Considering the aforementioned purposes, DIESSA processes the following categories of data:
- Identification data: name, surname, postal address, email address, postal code, phone number.

- Commercial information data.

The personal data requested for the performance of our work are mandatory, so the refusal to provide them will make it impossible to carry out the provision of contracted services.
Regarding commercial communications, these will be directed solely and exclusively to those clients who have not previously expressed their refusal to receive them.
The client guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and updated, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation. In case the client provides data of third parties, they declare to have the consent of the same and undertake to transfer the information contained in this clause, exempting DIESSA from any responsibility in this regard.
However, DIESSA may carry out verifications to confirm this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.
How long do we keep your data?
DIESSA will keep the personal data of clients only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the consents granted are not revoked. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.
In the case of data provided in relation to job offers you wish to subscribe to, they will be kept for one year from the date of the last update. After this period, without being updated, the data will be deleted unless you indicate otherwise.
What security measures do we implement to protect your data?
The client's data will be treated at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and maintaining the required duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and prevent their alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed.

On the other hand, the management of service contracting, payment, billing, and corresponding shipments is legitimized by the execution of the contract itself.
The processing of data for the purpose of sending electronic newsletters about services, events, and news related to our professional activity is based on the legitimate interest of DIESSA to carry out such processing in accordance with current regulations.
Additionally, the legitimation for the processing of your data, in relation to the submission of CVs and registrations in professional offers that we may publish, directly through our website or on job portals, is based on the consent of the candidate who submits their data, which can be withdrawn at any time, although this would mean that their application could not be considered in our personnel selection processes. However, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.
