RETURNS

To make a return you must follow the following procedure:

1º Contact Mr. Alejandro Bravo to inform him of the return at: abravo@diessa.es

2º Once the authorization has been received by Mr. Bravo, print the return document (returns - guarantees), fill it in properly and send the piece, with a copy of the delivery note, return form, to Diessa with the freight indicated by Rafael Cano, in his original packaging.
